I am thinking of putting the skyjacker 6" lift. What are the average cost of installs? This can either be done in Virginia or Nebraska....any insight would be appreciated!

 

I paid $650 to have a 4.5" Superlift put on my 05 f150 but this was about 4 years ago. So $500 to $1000 is a rough estimate. It has alot to do with what shop you go to and what they charge per hour or they could just tell you up front what it's going to cost.

 

everywhere ive checked when i was going to have mine done was around 750 for the installation plus 100 for alignment then taxes....so OTD of around 900 to 1000 depending on what all they are doing. this is in kansas city area.
I decided id give it a try and im glad i did...lot of work ,but it was fun and i learned alot.

it's 4WD. I took the decals off. i thought the way the STX was red looked funny on a all black truck. what about the timing of the purchase. when are there good deals on the kits?

 

Oh ok I have the same truck but in 2WD and its leveled. I would imagine year end deals are going on. Alot of places that quote you will give you better deal once you get everything (wheels/tires/lift) all together. I hope this helps, good luck man.
