agreed...mine are the same. Was thinking about aiming them a hair higher - and then even put in a brighter bulb if need be.

I would suggest you take it to the dealer and let them check the factory setting. There's a chance it never was set. There is only a vertical adjustment on the headlights.

You're not the only one. I have seen countless new owners complaining of the new headlights.

I have 2011 scab and the headlights are the worst I have ever had in a vehicle bar none. Anybody found a better bulb or just add auxiliaries.

Interesting comments. I had a 2005 before my 2010. I think the 2010 headlights are hands down better. I did add a set of Phillips Extream Vision bulbs though. Remember though, bulbs will only increase the output slightly, and they'll do it with the same beam pattern. If you don't like the pattern - like I don't like the factory fog light pattern - you're kind of SOL.

I find my low beams are actually better than my 08 and the fog lights seam to throw a little more light as well (might be just the pattern). But the high beams suck royally. They do not reach out there at all.........my 08's were brighter and reached further.

I have a 2010, if that makes any difference, I don't know. However after I leveled out the front slightly (1.5") replaced the stock bulbs with Silverstars, and adjusted them down a little (to compensate for the change in angle due to the lift) to keep from blinding oncoming drivers; they light up the road the same as our car with HIDs. I am very happy with the result.

I'm perfectly happy with mine and I get flashed all the time. I haven't even felt the urge to upgrade the bulbs

My 2010 was really bad when on high, the dims were pretty good. Brights were no good.
I installed SS Ultras, the high's are much better. The dims didn't change much. O'Reilly had them for $50 bucks a pair with a $10. factory rebate. I can live with the light now!

Haven't driven mine at night yet, but will in the morning. I'm curious how they are. The headlights on my '09 Ram 2500 were horrible...

There is another thread on this subject where several have voiced complaints. My 2011 is nowhere near the lights I had on my 2005. Both low and high and even the width of the beam.

I have replaced my stock bulbs with the Piaa. They are a great bulb. The only problem is I am tired of getting brighted all the time because other drivers think I have my brights on.
