Back in the game
Well after 4 months of missing my 09 FX4 which I traded for a 11 ranger 4x4 I really hated. I just closed a deal on 11 FX4 ecoboost truck. I'm glad to be back. It's not as loaded as my 09 was but I'm happy.

Finances? That is the only reason I can think of to trade in for a Ranger. I am a pretty big ford guy, but I would never purchase a ranger. Those things just suck....

Wow, you're about as bad as I am with switching vehicles - I had a 2009 Lincoln MKS that had brake problems starting at 5k miles, only had it 7 or 8 months, then got a 2010 Nissan Maxima - had that 21.5k miles (19 months) and just traded it for my 2011 EB Lariat!
Did you get 0% financing, or pay cash?

The Rangers arent all that bad.
Dec 2006 I bought a 07 Ranger XLT Supercab 4.0 5Spd 4x4. Had it for 22k
May 2008 Traded it for F150 XLT Supercab 5.4 4x4had it for 26k
June 2010 Traded for XLT SuperCrew 5.4 4x4 had that for 17k
Just Last weekend Nov 2011 traded and got my 2011 FX4 Ecoboost SuperCrew.
I think that im gonna keep this one. But I really liked the Ranger. I beat the crap out of that thing and it just kept going. But none of them have anything on this Ecoboost!

I not sure what I was thinking. I tow and haul cars around and you just cannot do that with a ranger. I have a 02 ranger that I use as a work truck with 261k on it. I just like the F-150 for trips and it will haul people too. I just ordered the ARE bedcover today. Still raining here so no pic's today.
