So I had a slight accident in my XLT. I've never been a fan of the 3 bar grille so I decided to switch it up and get the PTM front bumper with the platinum grille. The shop has been trying to get the right one but when they call ford, ford says they need a part number you cant just say the one on the platinum version. In the shop and at ford when you bring up the parts cache it only gives you the 7-8 different grilles that fit it with no pics. They already shipped the wrong grille and im trying to avoid constantly sending it back. Does anyone know the exact part number for the platinum grille? Could someone possibly look out on the grille to see if its stamped directly on it? Thanks!

The FoMoCo part # for the 2009+ Platinum grille is: AL3Z-8200-E

*NOTE: This the # you'd use to order the grille and is not the assembly # that would be stamped on the inside.

That was perfect...just called and apparently that grille is $550 more so scratch that! Does anyone know the part number for the five bar "chrome" edition?

 

The part # for the 6 bar version of the XLT with chrome package is - AL3Z 8200 C
