2012 Build & Price is up!!!
Yep, just checked and heated and cooled seats with luxary package! Sorry if that's not as exciting for you guys but in Texas cooled seats on black leather is kind of a big deal.
Anyone know more about the "Sport trimmed leather" vs the regular? is it just a red lining on it?

Thanks, I was looking for them to be an option in addition to the bucket seats like they were in the 2011's.
I'll have to look at the website but in person at the Texas State Fair the 2012Fx2 had....wait for it....cooled seats! I've asked the local dealership and they don't know if it will be an option on the FX4 but they don't seem to know much to begin with. If anyone already knows the answer to this please let me know. It is likely the difference between me getting a 2011 with a discount or a new 2012.
As for the Lariat, heated and cooled seats are sold the same way for 2011 as they are for 2012 - included with the bucket seats. Nothing has changed with the seat options. The big changes are the new woodgrain, headrests, bigger brakes, 36 gallon tank with EcoBoost 4X4, Auto 4WD, and HD Payload on SuperCrew.
Try again. Might have been a glitch.

Ok, it looks like the FX appearance package changes the silver dash parts to a dark gray.
What does "flow-through center console" mean? The rear seat area on the builder image is all jacked up when you select the Appearance Package.
Does "body-color grille surround and unique grille" mean a regular FX grille with body color center bars?
I noticed that the red Appearance Package truck on the builder has the Harley front bumper. Wish that was real.

From what I can tell...the grill looks the same as the regular FX grill.
FX Appearance Package accents: flat black and brushed metal
FX Appearance Package steering wheel: red stitching; red perforations and red piping also on seats
FX Appearance Package grille: black finished.
Flow-through console is with the floor shifter.

Am I the only one who finds it bogus that you cannot get the 6.2 w/the increased payload package? If I was gonna drop the change the 6.2 requires, I would definitely want at least an option to increase the payload. Of course, I suppose the flip side of that is 150's with the increased payload and a 6.2 would start to encroach on the 250/350's realm.
Also, a kudos to ford's marketing department. Apparently, now the ecoboost is the only motor rated to tow the 11,300lbs. The 6.2 is rated 100lbs less. I understand Ford is intent on selling ecoboosts, but it is getting rather old to continue to see them do everything to cram it down people's throats. Uch......

The 6.2 can still tow up to 11,300 lbs.
