Dash Light Dimmer

Help please -

When I dim the dash lights on my 2011 F150, the tach, speedo, temp, gear selection etc dim, but the message center doesn't. What am I doing wrong?

It dies dim, just not as well as the gauges. I wish mine would go dimmer at night as well…

Just switch it to the Trans. Temp guage, the screen should turn black then...
