Ecoboost update....

Alright everyone! EcoBoost F-150's have been on the road for a little while now. Let's hear some opinions what you (as the owner of an EB only) think about your purchase. Any regrets? What are you using your truck for??? Just share any info about your truck that you choose to.

How many of these threads are you going to start? There is plenty of reading concerning that subject without starting more threads.

Thanks
Jim

BLUEJAY- I understand where you are coming from. My reason for starting a new one is
1. Once a thread has been open for awhile, people stop posting. When a new thread is opened, you get responses.
2. They usually end up in a 5.0L vs EB battle, even when nothing is mentioned about the 5.0L.

I wasnt meaning to cause any problems or issues. It just seems that a thread dies off after a few days.

They die off because people have nothing else to say on the subject.

Yes. I understand. Also it's because they all turn into a 5.0L and EB battle.

you can always jump into an old thread and bump it with a similar question. when it pops back up top people tend to look at it again and will comment if they see fit.

Yep, and according to site rules, if they start another name, they should be banned. It's against the rules to have more than one name.

Can we get an automatic 1 week ban for anyone that ever starts another EB v 5.0, EB v. 6.2 or 5.0 v. 6.2 thread?

LOVIN my EB!!!

I had a '10 F-150 2WD. I bought it used about three months ago. I had TCM and ABS issues and after two months of wrangling Ford about it and them voiding the warrantee due to the previous owner lifting it... I traded it back in on a '11 F-150 4X4 EB. NEVER LOOKED BACK.

THIS TRUCK ROCKs!!! I don't care about the other engines debate. All I know is this truck is the preverbal ! it has great HP and tons of torque.

I feel like the kid that just got his license and finds any excuse to drive (by the way that actual event was 31 years ago).
