New guy to the forum. Ordering EB FX4 next week!

Hey what's up guys, just wanted to introduce myself to the forum.
I recently bought some gorgeous farm land up near Kamloops, BC with my brother so now it's time to get a vehicle that can get me there and around the property no matter what the conditions.
I've always wanted a truck for camping, fishing, and hauling toys but at the same time wanted something that wouldnt be a huge pain to live with around town.
Also with the wicked discounts ford is offering it's hard not to buy one now!!
I'm thinking of a EB FX4, supercab, either in silver or sterling silver with a couple of options but nothing crazy.

This forum is great, pretty much every question or concern I've had has been answered already! I'll post pics whenever I pick her up!
Cheers

Just talked to the dealer, they told me the order time will be between 8-10 weeks!! I've never ordered a new car before so this was a little bit of a shock...is this what you guys experienced as well?
Either way the deposit is going in next week and then its time for the waiting game....I'll be posting back when I'm actually an owner, adios for now

yep, 8-10 weeks is the norm. Just sit back and calmly wait. No reason to get worked up wondering where it's at, current build status , etc. Your dealer may notify you when a VIN# gets released and the guesstimate when it will arrive. I've seen so many people get crazy mad wondering about their truck and then get disappointed becasue it wasn't a Bently or fast as a funny car. Just offering advice. I'm 4 weeks into my build and could care less when it arrives. Hell, I've already ordered parts (bed mat, tailgate panel, replacement piece for the offset license plate, stubby antenna) and a kayak for the day it arives and I can go play.

Last time I ordered a truck was the '97 Lariat I had, it took 4 month's to arrive and that cured me about ordering. I do a dealer inventory search and that usually work's pretty good. Welcome to the site and enjoy the new truck when it arrives!

Early in the year they were saying 6-8 weeks ETA. I ordered my truck in March and it arrived in April, 34 days from the date I ordered it.
