Cant figure it out... Fan level stuck on full
I have tried to trace the problem with my fan blower, but I cant seem to figure it out.
I cannot control the level speed for my interior blower. When I push the + and - buttoms on the console the bars raise up and down, but the fan level stay constant at full (I really cant stand the sound either).
Any ideas?

Sounds like your controller took a dump on you. You can try resetting all your fuses and see if that helps but chances are it will return down the road. Hopefully you are still under warranty because I bet that unit is not cheap by any means. My buddy had the same problem in his F-250 and once they swapped out the controller its been working fine since.
Check your battery, sounds wierd but happened in my 04 as well. Would start and run the truck but had all these weird things, the AC wouldn't blow cold, the rear power window wouldn't work. The Edge Power programmer wouldn't stay on, etc...
The dealer replaced the blower motor, the housing, and switch. I finally decide I would take it and have the battery tested, they did and it failed. So I got a new battery and it fixed all of my issues, blower speed, rear window, power programmer, and a few other lighting issues.

Mine is doing the same thing & I believe it is the control module part #9L3Z19E624B. I have one on order at the dealership and waiting to get it installed. FYI, it is located behind the glovebox and easily accessible by dropping down the glovebox door. You can do a search for blower motor resistor, it's in the same area. btw, the cost from Tasca is $56.73.

Its definitely no longer under warranty though.

I can confirm that the controller I mentioned took care of my issues. I stopped by the dealership this evening and had them swap it out since my truck is still under warranty. It is a pretty simple job to replace and I had mine out a couple of times myself before breaking down and taking it in for warranty work. It literally takes 10 minutes to swap it out. Access is through the glove box door.
