yes i do use the voice commands in my truck. its just a lot faster to hit a button to immediately get my usb playing then hit another button and tell the bitch in the box to play the usb. oh wait......just realised youre not referring to my wife.

 

Cycling thru fm, cd, sirus, on the stearing wheel buttons also gets you to the usb...if it was used last before bluetooth or line in.
