YARMOUTH - State Police are investigating a double rollover crash on Route 6 in Yarmouth. The crash happened shortly before 3 a.m. on Route 6 eastbound about a mile before exit 7. One driver was seriously injured and rushed to Cape Cod Hospital. The other driver was treated and released. Two pickup trucks wound up over the guardrail into the median strip. One of the vehicles was a work type pickup which spilled a load of debris including nails all over the highway. That forced State Police to close down the eastbound side of the highway until a street sweeper could come and clean up the mess. The lower photo shows a crane being used to pull one of the trucks back over the guardrail.

Wow. With carnage like that those guys are pretty fortunate. Looks like 2 less Fords on the road but seems they did their job in a crash keeping occupants safe.

 

^ hopefully everybody heals up ok and will buy new Fords to replace them.

Not to get technical, but the white one is (was) an '08+ F2/350 (which is still an F series).

 

Mass-holes! What a waste of two perfectly good Ford trucks!

Nothing good ever happend after 2am. Or so they say.

Regardless, hope everyone ends up ok in the end.
