No, I can't see that the driveshaft would have made that much lag and noise.... I broke a driveshaft years ago in my old k-5, it made a whole lotta noise haha.

Your dealer is bogus.

A dealer I sometimes go to upgrades trucks from the factory with leveling kits...big tires...FULL WARRANTY..

Blackstock ford

There Mojave package gives you a 33" tire...

How big are yours?

I would do just that...

And call customer service and complain about the dealer you were just at...

Tell them what I told you about Blackstock Ford in Orangevill, Ontario, Canada...

If I have to, I'll drive by the dealer and take pics of the prebuilt rigs on the lot for ya, so you can present them to the dealer thats giving you the gears......

Tons of trucks 33" tires...

All warranted..

They are just giving you the run around....Because they can...

It's always a "he said, she said" when issues arise in modded trucks..

The stock tires are 31's, .......So tell them to shove there claims up their ***...

Good Luck Friend.

My new truck came from my dealer with a 6in BDS lift and 35's. Everything is under warranty, balljoints, tie rods etc. There explanation to me was even with the lift and larger tires they didn't change any ford specs that affect the ford warranty. That being said I havent had any warranty work other than watery leaking into cab.

Okay, I'm going to call Ford tomorrow to find out what constitutes as "oversized tires" to get a grounding for an argument if need be. There warranty does state that oversized tire can default the warranty..... But like redtherocket said, stickers are 31" so I casee that 33" would be that big of an issue... SO I will find out more tomorrow... Also calling the other dealership to make an appointment.

I'd hold off on calling Ford until you give a second dealer a chance. If after that you still can't get satisfaction, call Ford.
