Which wheel would stick out more?

Which wheel would stick out more?
A wheel with 5" of backspacing and 0mm offset? Or a 4.53" backspace with -12mm offset? And how much of a difference would they be? Thanks!

a wheel w/ 4 1/2" backspacing will stick out more than 5"

and 5-4 1/2 = 1/2 " so a 1/2" more
