They're injection molded plastic I believe, you could have to bake open your headlights, and replace with clear reflectors from an aftermarket application.

For the turn/park light, pull out the amber bulbs. Replace with ones that are silver but glow amber when powered.

the lens itself is amber, i want a clear or i guess "white looking" reflector lens, i already have LED marker bulbs that burn amber... i'd like to do this on the mirror reflectors as well as the signal mod with amber LEDs.

I would like to have white or clear ones. I doubt anyone make them.

The only option you have is to bake them and paint them yourself, or buy a set of Recon headlights.

My 2010 had orange bulbs in the turn indicator. The reflector is clear. I just changed the bulbs to clear ones. Looks much better and they glow just yellow enough to be legal here in Canada. Don't know what US state laws are like.

I've already done this with LED bulbs. What I am referring to is the orange reflector on the sides of the headlight assembly toward the fenders. If that was clear I think it would look pretty sick.

zeruin (sp?) i think did this mod to his 04-08, one other person IIRC did as well. black 05 screw with 6" BDS lift, 3" body and 37s or 38's. big member on here for a while, think his truck is sold now but would be worth a check in his build threads

Murderout have you had any luck with finding the clear corner reflectors separately? I bought some heads off eBay to run while I am doing a retrofit to my stocks that have clear corners in them. I would like to add the clear corners to my retrofit with out having to dismantle these and swap the reflectors. If you haven't and I find something ill let you know.

Thanks for the link, those are the ones I'm running right now while I'm doing my retro. Surprisingly those are pretty decent quality even though they aren't OEM. Guess I will be breaking them down if I want to finish my ideas.

So you like em? I'm thinking of getting a set, I think they will look good on a white truck. Do you have any complaints at all? Any pic of em on your ride?

I'd be happy to have some silver reflectors in the side mirrors, instead of the fugly yellow ones.
