Banks Monster Exhaust Question

For those of you with the Banks Monster Exhaust, can you give me an opinion on how loud it is in the cabin with the windows up? I still do a lot of city driving and sometimes have to drive people around with me and can't have an exhaust that is too loud in the cabin when I drive. I've looked at the reviews and online videos, but it's tough to tell what it's like in the cabin.

Any comments on how loud it is with normal driving?

Welcome to the board but try the search feature. There are a ton of threads out there on exhaust for the 2009 F150. Here is a review I did a while back on the Banks, Magnaflow and Corsa systems. Personally I wouldn't recommend the Banks because it was just too loud in the cab for everyday driving and the drone was horrible. It gets even worse when towing.

I haven't had anyone say it's too loud in the cab. Puts babies and grown men to sleep. Being outside of the truck on the other hand...that's a whole other ballgame.

Two vids I made

I love my Banks.. I think is pretty quiet at driving speed and need to get on the gas to make it rumble loud.

I love mine as well. The only noise or drone might be while giving it some throttle to gain speed but once at cruisin speed it's hardly anything sound wise.

There is a pretty good drone, but after 10 minutes of driving or so it mellows out. I only notice mine when I am first pulling out of the neighborhood.

Correct

Here's why:

you guys have pretty much shorty headers from the factory and less sound dampening cats
