Question about wiring fog lights for 2009

I bought a chrome bumper that came with fog lights off ebay for my truck and currently have it installed, the truck originally did not have fog lights in the bumper, so now I have these fog lights but they aren't connected, The dealer wants $700 to hook them up and I think that is too much, does anyone know of a simple kit or anything I can buy even off ebay or something to wire these lights up? thanks

chances are the wiring is already there. might have to dig a lil bit to find it. im sure you will need to replace the headlight switch in order to be able to turn them on and off.

Are they OEM fog lights? Go underneath the front of the truck and see i there are the pigtails for the 9140 bulbs underneath there somewhere. If not, you need something like this:

And wire it up like this:

yes the fog lights are oem however they have no bulbs in them and thanks for the input I will get under there soon as the weather clears up and try and find the wires and see if I can get something going, that would be sweet if they are there.
