and I stand corrected hahah. He has to have some pretty good mod's on that thing though, and that mustang is a v6 or is just a horrible driver because the 5.0s run 12.7 stock. But yea never think a car like the taurus would make a good competition to muscle cars of today ha.

 

Not saying that he can run a 13 flat.. stock. But motortrend ran a 13.7 with it and they suck. Atleast mid 13's are definitely doable im guessing.

 

For what it is, its the Motor of the Year. Passing speed on my 2011 SCREW FX4 60-90mph uphill around a Semi, took my breath away, thought I was gonna need to pull a 'chute. Anyone that has ever owned a Diesel knows what a harrowing experience a 60-90mph pass is, you can whip up an omelotte faster if you don't crap your pants first thinking you are not going to make it before oncoming traffic hits you.

I used to race boats, 500 inch Chevrolets in circle boating, rings seated on the 5 minute gun laps. My engine builder wanted to shoot us if he caught us out "practicing" the weekend before with his motor. He said its making all the HP its ever going to have the minute I unbolt it from the assembly stand. He was right.

My SHO does turn 13.0s consistently. It is stock with a computer tune and drop-in K&N filter. Come to NE Dragway. My car is silver. A black SHO ran 12.54 at 113 at NE Dragway with the Henessey Kit and a little nitrous. I have 2 more tunes to download that will increase boost.

Nice video! I have about 1000 miles in a week on my truck and have hammered it a couple of times. it's incredible with the take off at 75mph to 100 with a 4x4 crew cab and a 6.5 bed
