Headliner is loosee-goosee and squeaky

I don't know whats underneath these headliners or how they are secured in place but it just seems to bounce up and down very easily when I'm driving. Or just place a finger on it (especially aroung the dome light) and effortlessly push up on it until it touches the underside of the roof.

It's a '10 FX4 Screw with power sunroof and I do get moisture build up in the 3rd brake light lens but no real water leaks or drips have been seen inside the cab area.

My question -
Is this a:
a. design flaw
b. mfg. defect or poor installation at time of build
c. water damage caused it to loosen up (I don't believe its
this because there is no staining evidence on the liner) or
d. none of the above

I had that problem in my 05 I pulled the dome light out and used some double sided tape (strongest I could find) and stuck a piece on either side of the dome light between the liner and the roof stuck it up there held it in place for a min so I knew it stuck. Then after that put the dome light back in and I have had no more squeaks for the last 2 years.
