Newbie here!! 2011 FX4 20's with bigger tires?? Pics?

I use this site all the time for info. This site is great. Finally just registered. I recently traded in my 2007 FX4 for a white 2011 FX4. It has the gunmetal 20's on it. I actually think these wheels dont look bad for stock so im gonna keep them on it but the stock pirellis have to go. I have a 2"AS front kit going on and possibly rear blocks if its needs them. I was thinking of going with a 295/60/20 or maybe a 275/65/20 which is cheaper little narrower and about the same height. I like the trail grapplers a lot but i do no offroading so i was thinking about getting the terra grapplers. Just worried they wont look aggressive enough. Any help and pics would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Just as soon, and I mean the week of, as I get my FX4 in (on order)...I will be putting a 2" AS level and 285/60/20 DuraTracs on. MAN I CAN'T WAIT! Mine will be a Silver SuperCrew with the 20's..

That'll be a sweeeet looking truck! 285/60/20 seems to be another good size to put on leveled trucks. Make sure to post some pics!

Yes and no. A good buddy of mine has a 2010 Screw Lariat leveled with the chrome 20's and he is running 295/60/20s. The size is great. I might would get that size if there were other tire options. I believe the Nittos is all that is out there in a AT/MT in that size. Anyway, you would NOT have to cut anything. You WOULD have some rubbing on the upper control arm at full lock. Which is the case with most over sized tires....no big deal. Like I said...its a great size, and looks good in the whole scheme of a leveled truck with 20's

305x55x20 Nitto Terra on stock Lariat wheels, any tire other then a Pirelli makes the OEM wheels look better!

They do look good with upsized tires, but they look even better with a more aggressive upsized tire like BFG AT's, nitto trail graps, or Toyo MT

Yeah. I had them on a F250 initially. Kept the tires for this truck as I had some others to give with the trade. 10 plys firm up the ride some, not bad at 40 psi.
