I bought a 2010 SC FX4 yesterday. My first truck. Couldn't pass up the deal on the 5.4, main reason didn't get 5.0. So far i Love the truck but its only been the drive home.

I am thinking about getting the fuel saver tune for it. What kind of milage increase are people getting with it??

Welcome to F150online. There is no set mod that is guaranteed to improve fuel mileage.

I improved the fuel mileage on my '07.5 STX SCab by using the following common sense items and mod's:

1. Use 5W20 oil.
2. Tire pressure set at 37 psic and rotate every oil service.
3. Drive the posted speed limit.
4. Use cruise control on long trips.
5. Use a quality 87 octane gas (Shell, Chevron, Conoco) and replaced fuel filter every two years.
6. Extang Black Max tonneau cover.
7. Magnaflow Cat-back exhaust.
8. Superchips Programmer on 87 tune, not the Mileage tune.
9. I also had a AFE CAI. You would need a Custom Tune to run a programmer and CAI. Superchips has custom tunes available on their website.
