XL - No. *Though it is textured and flat black and could be prepped and painted. 9L3Z-8200-A
FX4 - Yes. *Surround is meant to be painted. 9L3Z-8200-BPTM
OEM, new ... Both are approximately the same price ( ~$230 - wholesale ), however, there would be less prep' ( read - sanding to remove the texture ) needed for the FX4.
