Spark knock - 2010 4.6L 3v

My truck has a seriously annoying spark knock. You can hear it at almost every acceleration, hard or easy, loaded or unloaded. I've had it to my dealer once, he said it was coming back as fuel and asked if I consistently used the same station (I don't) but swapped out the mass air flow sensor anyway. Didn't change things a bit 2k miles and making a point to use all different fuel sources.

Anyone have any advice before I take it back to the dealer, again? I'm going to check into Lemon Laws, I think ours in Florida are pretty strong.

It's sickening to have a brand new truck pinging worse than my Dakota did when it was 12 years.

Does it go away if you use high octane fuel? Do you have any mods?

No, I haven't tried high octane fuel... but that's not really an acceptable answer to me, I would not have bought the truck if it required high octane fuel to perform correctly.

Only appearance mods, nothing that would effect engine performance.

Whether it's acceptable or not, you need to try it to see if it does go away - this gives you a better basis for diagnosis and repair.
