I'm pretty sure the e-locker disengages over like 30mph I think, so you don't have to worry about it. LS clutches are ok but a pain for maintenance cause they eventually fail. Plus when they do, it causes massive understeer.

For me, the fx4 and raptor are almost the same price, and I tend to hold on to my trucks for a long time so it'll probably last me 15-20 years.
