For any Canadians who have a 2010 with the Navigation system....which version map do you have? I bought my F-150 last August 2010 and the map version it cames with was 2.0x. This map is about 5 years out of date as my subdivision that is 5 years old is not showing on the map.



I contacted Ford and was told that the latest version is 3.1x, but that despite my truck being only several months old, I must buy the updated map myself.



This doesn't sound right, has anyone else had this kind of experience with Ford over the Nav maps?

 

I usually find backups of my DVD on torrent sites.

 

I will check tomorrow for you. Mine seems pretty old as well. I tried torrent already but couldn't find the Ford one.

I am on 2.0x as well. Just bought the truck last October. I wouldnt mind getting the torrent link either if someone has it.

 

Even if you find a torrent link, it will be worthless.

Each NAV unit has a unique APP ID and the DVD is tied to the ID.
