My Left Foot (is cold)

Anyone notice that the bottom of the doors (I have a 2010 SuperCrew) are flipping cold during the winter. Takes forever for the heater to warm that area of the cab up.

Maybe you have poor circulation in your left leg?

Didn't have the problem in my 1997 F-150 Super Cab.

When I get to work in about 20 minutes, I can reach down with my hand and feel the cold just radiating into the cab under those storage slots in the door.

Have you checked you left leg to make sure that it's not radiating cold?

I have the same problem with my left foot freezing up. Afterall, the heat only comes out of a small hole near the gas pedal (WTF). This summer I am planning on fabricating an air duct that will blow on both feet and will blow towards the feet. Whenever I have the heat on the floor it blows up into my face and dries out my eyes. I figure that if I put the air duct under the dash closer to the seat then I will be able to point the air down and forward.

I just notice it takes forever to warm up my truck in general. I figure there is a lot of cabin space (Screw) and not a lot of hot air coming out. It seems it takes the truck nearly 3 miles for the temp gauge to hit its normal mark where all my other vehicles would be fully warm after about a mile or so. I am just thankful I don't live up north where folks have to deal with much colder temps.

My seat warmers usually get hot before my heater. By that time its luke warm. I think your getting the cold air from the back seat floor board coming up from the left side of your seat.

I have a 2007 crew cab. Same deal. My left foot is always cold. Everybody bitches about the heat. But, my left foot never seems to warm up.
