Your Wax of choice?
As has already been stated, there's a dedicated form here for detailing - which includes waxing. One thing I can tell you from years of experience is that other than for a brand new truck, the "wax" has less to do with the actual shine and appearance than the prep work. Anybody (or any product) that promises you to simply "wipe on & wipe off for a brand new finish" is full of crap. And if it does look brand new after wiping it on and off, it won't last at all.
Yea, I used to slap on a coat of whatever "wax" somebody was hawking and think it looked pretty good. After spending a few years learning real detailing, I get far better results. People still ask me what kind of wax I use, but it's no longer the wax.

Ive used Zaino on my sports cars with great results. Thing is you have to put multiple coats of Zaino on to see the best results. With my truck its quite a task to wax it so I like to use something that goes on easy and comes off easier. I put a coat of Adams Buttery Wax every few months with great results.
Zaino --> Vette
NXT 2.0 for me. I also use their NXT quick detailer in between washes, but only if I remember. If I don't get to it for 2 or more days I don't bother with the quick detail. Scared of scratches.
I've tried the Zaino, loved it, but it's a pain in the a-s to use. Too many steps and mixing going on. Plus, The protection didn't last as long as NXT. The paint felt "grabby" or sticky after a month or so and the water wouldn't bead up.

YES 100% deeper you can add layers with zaino the more you use it the deeper the shine it actuality changes the color makes it richer looking. More so on dark colors ( excellent for reds) I started useing zano in 2003 when I bought my 2004 marauder it was a DTR ( Dark Toreador Red) man it did wonders . I still use zaino on my silver 2008 screw fx4 I would never use anything else.
AUTOGLYM HD WAX!!!!!
If all the other waxes listed could be cars they would be kias and AUTOGYLM would be a ferrari. It excells over these other waxes (which i have used) in ALL catagories! Get it and you wont turn back. Those crazy brits know wax

The 2008, {along with the Vette} get a steady diet of Zaino.... More time but worth the effort. As soon as the '11 gets here, it will be clayed and Zaino'd....
Woof
Bowser
Do have to admit that the wife's minivan does not get the Zaino treatment....

Never heard of this product before this evening, so I went to the web site and there are a whole bunch to choose from?
Which Zaino products are you fellows referring to? FS
Poorboys PWS for the sealant, Pinnacle Souveran paste for the carnauba topper... and sometimes I throw on some Mothers Topcoat for the LSP
Finished the wife's Edge not too long ago with these (along with wash, claybar, light swirl removers and minor paint correction):

Whatever Zaino you choose, you'll have sore fingers and shoulders from applying and mixing so many times
. My last f-150, I did their 3 step process with z2 & z5 (yes, i used the "wonderful" flash cure additive). Took 8 hours. Don't get me wrong, it looked great. I now use NXT and in 1 hour get the same results for much, much, much less $$
