Made a lower grill yesterday

Made a lower grill for my FX4 yesterday, I was tired of the gaping hole in the bumper. Homemedae and on the cheap but I think it looks ok, what do you think?.

You got it. I couldn't find a material that looked more like a the stock grill

Darkshadowsxt called it, I cut up the cover from a florescent light (diffuser) and painted it black, attached it with an L bracket on a lower bolt and two wire ties

You read my mind! I have been trying to figure out what to do about that HUGE gap in the bumper.. I'm going to try this.. Where do you get the ceiling tile grid? Home Depot?

I actually grabbed this out of a light in my dads garage, got him a cheap replacement at Home Depot, I didn't see these there. Found one place online that had them but they wanted like $100 a pop for em.

Looks good....I was going to do the same black plastic egg crate i pick up today. Can you post some pics of how you mounted it?

What do you mean by plastic egg crate? I mounted it very similar to how you mounted yours, I used a L bracket on one of the bolts at the bottom and two wire ties through the license plate frame.
