Finally Ready for 2010 F150-!!!Need Advice!!!
I have been impationtly waiting for a year and a half to buy a FX4 screw 4X4.
The prices seem good to me with dealer incentives-$34,800. So I'm going to pull the trigger and buy one.
First question. Will a level kit with larger tires ruin my warranty, the dealer says it could.
Second question. How big of tires can I run with a front leveling kit and still look good and not rub. Pictures would help!!!
Third question. Any problems with the 2010 as I was going to buy a 04-08 and read the forum endlesly for mods and problems with them but haven't done much homework on the 09-10.
Thanks for any help I drove it today an loved it.

First of all welcome to the board. Secondly, the search function is your friend. Your questions have been answered hundreds of times before on this board but I'll help you out.
1. Yes it can void your warranty if the dealer can prove the parts you installed are responsible for the issue.
2. I went with 275/70/18 BFGs because I got a great deal on them and there is absolutely no rubbing.
3. Yes there are problems with the 09/10 trucks but I believe it is vastly improved over the last generation.
Here is a crappy cell phone pic of mine with Bilstein leveling shocks set to 2.25" and a 3" rear block. The truck sat almost perfectly level with the factory blocks but I tow a bit and it caused me to be nose high with the leveling kit. I'm considering getting air bags for the rear and going back to the stock blocks.

I was hoping to go a bit larger tire but it may look weird.
Many people have gone larger. There are people on this site running 35" tires with a leveling kit. Several people are running 295/65/18s and 295/70/18s. I was personally going to run 295/65 duratracs but I couldn't pass up the deal on the BFGs.

I wonder what 295's would look like, I suppose they may rub.
