Nice photos - My 2010 is same color so i get a rel good ide what mine ould look like. I was just telling the wife here that the pictures were taken on on the BLue Ridge.. You sure are a trusting soul sitting your truck across both lanes coming out of a tunnel... If I did that I would get run over by 32 foot Montana Trailer Travel runing the middle line of the tunnel.

I dont know if I would ever lift mine but it sure looks nice. I do know I wish my front height was level with the rear height. I havent measured it but it looks like there is a couple of inches difference.

Any chance of an updated video like you did for your last truck, 08?

I always liked how when you did exhaust changes you still drove the same environment. Really gives the viewer the chance to hear the difference. Your new truck looks awesome!!!!!

Dang....... just realized I had more posts in this thread. Thanks for all the compliments! I'm working on an exhaust video. This truck only has a SI/DO Magnapack system so it's nothing special but it does sound good.

I've done a couple other things to the truck in the past few months but nothing major. I had the front windshield tinted 50% and I just ordered some HD/Raptor headlights that should be in soon. I've been wanting to order some of them for months now but I couldn't bring myself to spend $460.00+ for a pair of headlights. I found some for $399 shipped so I went ahead with it. Most of my "mod money" has been going towards the new car that should be arriving within the next two weeks......

08Fx4, how loud is your truck inside on the freeway. I am looking at a similar setup but my wife and 2 kids ride with me quite a bit.

Just worried a SI/DO Magnapack setup will be too loud inside.

Thanks!

Not bad at all. I can hear it but it's not what I would call a drone..... just exhaust noise. My tires are quite a bit louder than my exhaust if that tells you anything.

That is good to hear. Did you ever get around to making a new video by chance?

Thanks!

I'm getting an average of......... wait for it........................ 12.5 MPG in the city and 14.5 MPG on the highway.

I think most of it has to do with the lift since the truck is basically a brick now but I'm sure it has to do with the tires as well. I really need to get some new pics. Since I took these pics I've added Rapter heads, painted the trim around the Raptor tails, a slight windshield tint, custom valved Fox shocks in the rear and painted OEM fender flares. It looks much much better now........ I've just got to get some Dirt Logic coilovers for the front to get rid of the stock shocks and spacers. I hate the way it looks and rides up front.
