My 'screw 6.5' meets my needs so that's what I drive. I try not to think about the kick-a-- car I could be driving for what I spent on this truck. I will say this is a GREAT truck. I rarely have an issue driving it, however, I've developed the mindset that it WILL be occasionally inconvenient so I drive it accordingly.
I don't do drivethrues
I'll automatically park a little farther out in the parking lot to save a little trouble(and door dings).
I try to keep my eyes way ahead of my driving to set myself up.
I do this without thinking about it because my previous truck was a F-350 'screw dually with the 8 ft. bed. Drive THAT thru a parking lot!
Really, it's just not that big a deal.Get what you want/need and just adjust to it.
