I like the reflection. Makes me think I have more buttons for super cool features.

marshal,
Please accept my apologizes for the misunderstanding.

rok,
I jumped the gun with my statement about mirror and glass. I appreciate your up front honesty. In the future please PM me if you feel the need to degrade my character because it's a little disturbing when done on a public forum.

If you have the tow mirrors, they stick out to far for it to be reflected into the mirror itself. So the problem should only be with the regular mirrors.

rok,
I don't want to excuse myself for my own ignornace but I'm about to get married and its' making me a bit edgy.

Anyway back to the thread. I should note that the reflection is not so bad when I'm driving in the city with plenty of street lights etc... but once I'm on a road that is sparsely lite up the reflection is quite bright like I mentioned in my opening thread.

There is a long dark winter coming so for now I will just use some electrical tape as suggested. Please keep the suggestions coming.

I have this reflection. Regardless of when my windows were not tinted they were there. I do like my gauge lights up all the way. I havent tried dimming them but i bet they would still be there granted less bright. I have this in my car too.

Congrats on getting married. I didnt have time to be edgy as I was on deployment before i got married and 4 days later just got it over with at the courthouse. But i bet the nerves are going crazy! I bet its like what i am going through now having a kid on the way!

Thanks rok,
Actually your the first to congradulate me because neither of us have told a single person yet for fear of that peer pressure, you know:

...'when is the big day?'...
...'where are you gonna live?'...
...'where are you gonna have the wedding?'...
...'where are you going for your honeymoon?'...

etc...etc....etc......

The ring will be ready next week and I'm hoping to convince her to do the civil marriage thing like you did. I honesty believe that having a wedding day doesn't make or break a marriage. I don't know one couple that didn't break up because they remember their wedding day and that's what saved their marriage.

Anyway, I cut small pieces of electrical tape and stuck them on the offending areas. It obviously solved the problem and for now I don't mind it because no one can see it from the passanger side.

on my way home tonight i specifically looked at my driver window and noticed my entire dash is reflected in the window. as much as i can tell the position of your seat would be a large determining factor.

Well good luck!! I am not made of money nor is my wife. Our families arent rich either! The usual middle-class here! Just didnt want to create a financial burden! We plan to do a wedding but on an anniversary! Just a small one to renew our vows! Plus this time my kid will be there for it to witness how much his mom and dad love each other! I hope everything does go well and you dont need a wedding to show your love for each other! Its what you feel in your hearts. the ring dont matter either even though I didnt ask without one!
