How to turn on Cargo light?

How to turn on Cargo light?
I dont know how to turn it on, as in by itself, without opening the door. I know its probably simple, but I could not find it

Have you turned the dash lights brightness **** all the way and then some?

Turn the dimmer control wheel / dial all the way to the right.

oh i thought all that did was turn on the inside dome lights. I will give this a try!
