New FX2 SCrew

Been checking out the forum for a few months after purchasing my 2010 FX2. Have been learning quite a bit and also have many questions. This forum is the most comprehensive, and its members are the most knowledgeable, about a great American product.

I look forward to spending a lot of time here and I am anxious to get started on some cosmetic and performance mods.

EDIT: Cant figure out how to add photos and the FAQ instructions don't seem to be accurate enough. Check out the gallery though...

posting pics is easy! Just click the square mountain Icon in the toolbar above the 'message' area when your making a post, copy the url of the picture you want to post into the dialog box that comes up when you click on the square mountain icon box to post a picture, paste, and the picture should appear! however I have pics on this site, but a site like photobucket makes is super easy by providing you the needed URL deals to post pictures on different sites. I have 100 or so pics on here i bet, but on my photobucket I have 800+ of the truck

Thanks FX4Life, I am doing just that with the photos that are in a gallery on this site, and the photos are not displaying.

I am pretty darned tech savvy as well. Maybe I am over thinking this?

No, I don't think your over thinking it, I tried it in my post and nothing... It could just be the site right now, I'm not sure..

...and I got the pics working... a little investigating some page code goes a long way.

And I DID stay at a Holiday Inn last night...

Thanks everyone.

Not sure if I will drop the back or install the AS 2" level in the front. I like the "truck" look and intend to go with black wheels and slightly larger tires. Time is on my side for these decisions.

I am going to Line-X the bed and possibly the kick panels and the factory fender flares with either the same color gray as in the head and tail lights and the side steps or keep it red to match the paint. Still not sure if I will stay with the PTM look or change it to two tone. I kinda like the monotoned painted-out-with-no-chrome look. The lines on the truck provide for a lot of flexibility. I like what BlackPlatBDS did with his, of course I don't want to copy it (too much). I will not take it as high.

i didnt know the FX2 even had a 4.6 option. i thought it only came with the 5.4?
