Arrow My weekend mods... Mirrors, a/c vents, and Gotts!!

SO this last weekend, i decided it was time to do something to my truck. So, I decided to do PTM skull caps on my mirors, and get rid of the black inserts and replaced with the OEM reflectors. The PTM wasnt too difficult, i think i spent $15 on gloss black and a clear coat. The reflectors were a pain at like $13 each, but i think well worth it, esp. if i do the blinker mod on them. My other mod was to replace my all black a/c vents with a set of chrome and grey/silver vents i found on ebay for $50. This mod was super quick and easy, 4 tabs inside the vents, i was able to click one on each and they snapped right out. The new one went right in with not pronlems!!! Also, i decided to try out the GOtts mod, it was quick and free as well as easily reversable, so i thought it would be worth a try. ANyways, let me know what yall think, or have any other suggestions on DIY projects!! Thanks for looking.

I can't believe you didn't do the signal mirrors ... you were half way there. (Which I guess just shows how simple the process is, eh)?

Well, I don't have the blinkers in my mirrors... Yet, I was gonna order the blinker assembly from ford, but they told me you had to but thewhole mirror. I'm hoping to find some somewhere, then I'll do the reflector blinker too.

There's a write up on here somewhere, a guy done it with some LED strips from Autozone, turned out great. If I get really bored some day I might try it myself.
