First oil change = Free

At least the last time I checked it was free (which was about 2months ago for me, lol). Ford should have sent ya a coupon. Heck they actually sent me two but were date limited so I gave one away.

The Fram Extra Guard is the orange can of death! The Tough Guard is okay, it has a silicone anti-drainback valve.

I would be more concerned if the filter sat at such an angle where it could drain back.

on my next change, i am going to remove the filter first and see how much oil i get out of the filter first, of course after the truck has been sitting over night.

Dont say i never warned you guys. Give it some time, you'l see. And if you have a coat of wax on there thats helping it from being scratched, but in time you'l see the swirls. Check the care and detailing forum, lots of usefull info there. To those guys those brushes are a taboo.

The only thing that i can say though is keep it as clean as possible, any little bit of debris on there, even bird poop (which usually has small rocks in it) will get caught up in that brush and used to scratch your truck in nice swirls. But its not my truck...good luck

Opened the hood this morning before I started my truck. I turned the key and had my hed close to the engine. No noise knocking sound. Very quiet and smooth.

I am using the Armor All car wash soap. It comes in a clear plastic bottle and the soap is dark yellow like the color of a beer.
