I have to have the truck painted,does the interior door panel have to be removed to get the Passenger side door handles off the exterior.I swapped them out on my 06 but I cannot remember. I would rather have the interior door Panels sitting in my garage- than have them kicking around in the body shop for a week.

 

i cant say for sure as i have not checked it but i believe that the 2 black plugs on the side of the door inline with the handle are covering bolts that hold the handle in place.

 

Thanks papajohn, I found the old post I used when I switched out my lincoln lt door Handles on my 06.The interior door panels have to come out-- there are two bolts behind there, besides the two on the side of the door.
