Any problems running spacers? I heard spacers arnt really good for a truck, putting more stress on it causing stuff to break. Ive never used them though, so I personally dont know.

nope, i ran them on my jeep for years. they're slightly dangerous in the sense that you have to maintenance them (check tightness) and many people dont. also people dont torque them correctly and dont use red loctite or enough of it for that matter. ive known a number of people who decided to use loctite on their spacers and then checked the torque on them a week later and tightened them and never re-applied loctite. they didnt understand that when the bond was broken you needed to repair it.

spacers are the same as offset wheels in terms of stress. but with the size of the components used in these trucks i highly doubt it'll cause them to wear out any faster.

well i removed the tint on the headlights due to residue under neath the tint (i used Lamin-X) they specifically stated to use filtered, non-chlorinated water when applying the laminate, and i squeegeed all the water out from under neath but it still left marks and pockets. i still have it over my 3rd brake light which was tinted to 30% but the edges are starting to come up around the tight curves and im not happy. the only good result that ive had is my fog lights.

so im not happy to say the least. im going to pick up a can of VHT nightshades and some clear coat and do my 3rd brake light slightly past 30% as id like it a little darker and then hold off on my headlight assemblies till i can get my hands on a set of Harley/Raptor assemblies and i'l tint those lightly to around 10%

Hey I like your truck. I'm like you and I don't care for the big lifts and big rims. Most people go for the 6" lift because they are almost the same price as the 4" lifts. I'd still prefer the 4" lift though.

As far as your headlights go, there's been a few people that have painted theirs. You might be able to search for it.

right now current goals are having the rims powdercoated or painted semi-gloss black, 35x12.50x18 General Grabber Red-Labels, Rancho 4" lift, cutting the exhaust and having it dumped after the muffler (after my Jeep, the quiet is comfortable), and have the bed line-X'd

after that long term goals are HID's, Re-gear to 4.88, SCT Tuner, Deaver 4" rear leafs, Camburg upper control arms, and upgrade the audio
