I've been search online for a while and find a Ford service manual for my truck. Is the dealer the only place to purchase it?

I called my dealer to ask about getting the workshop manual for my 2010 STX and they quoted me $250 but they were out of stock. I mentioned Helm had them listed online but were also out of stock and he said that was the site he was on. They order from Helm, charge me shipping, add the mark-up, and sell me the same book.
He told me to buy it online

The manual would be the same for my STX, your FX4, an XLT, etc.... just a 2010 F150 workshop manual.
