Sync skips and plays fast?

I use an iPhone with Sync. When streaming Bluetooth Audio the music always has some "skips" in it...the song is playing just fine then it goes dead for a split second then keeps going. It happens all the time.

The second problem is that every now and again the music will play as if it's stuck in fast-forward mode. I can pause it, turn it off then back on again...it doesn't help...the music just plays as fast as it can. I have to reboot the phone to fix it once it starts.

Does anyone else experience these problems?

If you don't want to buy an iPhone 3GS, I suggest you change to a USB flash or HDD.

i swear and i think it is funny...... most of the problems i hear about playing music on the sync has to do with i phones and i pods. anybody think it might just be a "coincidence" because sync is made by microsoft??? maybe bill is just throwing some jabs back at steve now and then lol.

Or more likely Apple intentionally designs their equipment not to play nice with others.

Even with my iPOD plugged into the usb it skips. Has nothing to do with bluetooth, IMO. I'm flash drivin' it from now on.

I should clarify, from the steering wheel controls I can't fast forward, only advance the track, pause, volume.

If you can update your iphone to 4.x do so. Mine would skip with the sync bluetooth or usb when on 3.x. Updated to the latest firmware it's fine. This is with my 3g.
