I haven't had any flat spotting or vibrations with mine and my truck sometimes sits for 2 or 3 days without being driven. But they are too short and not aggressive enough so they will be for sale locally on craigslist sometime in the next week.

I had them on my 07 and replaced them after 500 miles. They give horrible traction in snow or mud. Also had problems with flat spotting.

So you guys say the seat shake is from the tires? Dealers doing anything about it? Got the same problem just keep the radio up to drown out the noise.

I just had three Pirelli's replaced on my 2010 due to weather checking at the bead edge. Tires only had 9000 miles on them and were cracked quite bad. Mine do ride rough after sitting but smooth out with no vibration once warmed up.

Took mine in... They told me they had to replace 2 of the tires (2300 miles) because of flats spots and they wouldn't balance. Force balanced them all. Somewhat better, but problem not completely solved.
This is an exact repeat of my experience with my '05 - and things were never right on it until I replaced the tires/wheels completely.
