Hi guys, couldn't find any good info in the search on people that have upgraded the audio system in the new F150's. I have a 09 FX4 stock system (no nav) and want to upgrade......Hate It!!! I know I need a new headunit for more power but whats the best way to keep all sync, steering wheel functions etc? I just want a loud crisp sound with a bit of base I use the backseats and don't want to take up floor space with subs. Lets start a thread with pics of headunits/dashkits/speakers and any little write up of problems faced or pros and cons.

 

There have been serveral members who have kept the head unit and added new speakers, amp, sub with amp and a sound processor. Check this post he did this.
