I bought a 2009 F150 Super Cab in June of 2009. Had no problems with the SYNC disconnecting until it was just over a year old. Wound up deleting SYNC from the phone and Motorola Phone from SYNC; and re-establishing them. That worked for just over a month and then it did it again. Not a big problem but an annoying PIA. Next (and I'm sure there will be a next time) I'll try rebooting the phone.
Here in MD there is a "handed" cell phone ban while driving going into effect later this year. That makes this more of an issue. We'll see how it's actually enforced. I'm fer it... A good friend had his classic euro model only Mercedes crushed around him by a nitwit on a cell phone who ran a very busy light. My personal opinion - she should get 10 years making little rocks out of big ones for attempted murder. But I digress

 

Those of you having the disconnect problems, do you guys have sync downloading your contact list from your phones as well? I know if I try to sync my contact list my phone disconnects almost right away in my mustang. Just a thought.
