Shifter and Door Trim

I am looking for a part number for the shifter assembly from an FX4 and/or a Platinum. I am assuming that Ford does not sell just the lever and that the whole assembly is required. If this is not the case, please feel free to enlighten me.

I would also like to know if anyone has an idea of how the trim pieces on our door panels are attached. I mean the wood grain or black panels found on a Lariat or FX4..

After browsing Tasca's website i found all the other parts i am looking for except the shifter and the trim pieces. I have a feeling the trim pieces are attached to the door panel either by double sided tape or screwed on from the inside.

Any help would be appreciated... Looking to ditch the bright wood grain from my Lariat and go with the platinum maple, since i cannot get the black trim piece because the FX4 has an inferior center panel setup!

All kidding aside.. If anyone has the info i am looking for I'd appreciate some help with the P/N's! Thanks guys!

I had to have my shifter assembly replaced when I got my truck because it was missing the O/D button. I just looked at the work order and the part # was not on there. Sorry I thought I could help. I got my truck from Capistrano Ford not too far from you, they should know the part #.
