TBS Spacer?

I am looking at some small things until my factory warranty is up at 100K. I was wondering about a throttle body spacer. Are they junk or do they add some mpg? I drive 50 miles a day to work and back and the more I can squeeze out the better. I have a 2010 SuperCrew 4x4 with 4.6L and the 6 six speed. I did a drop in AFE dry filter and Dynomax bullet muffler and tip. I also purchased a grill guard and tool box. I have 2200 miles on the truck and my avg mpg is 18.5. I plan on a 2.5 lift in the front and 1 inch lift in the back and some bushwhackers within the year. Any advice would be appreciated. I want a tuner but I don't any crap from Ford service. Thanks.

Or a lift. Keep the stock height and tires.
