I can do that at home - currently removed completely. ( Note previous tire upgrade requirement as a minimum).

Also Dealer cannot (and/or will not):

- pull an easy 25HP+ on 87 octane on tuning alone
- improve 'area under the curve' performance everywhere
- kill any & all ETC throttle delay quirkiness - for good
- change WOT shift points (currently set far too low in stock strategy)
- change Shift firmness - 'Soccer Mom's' only need apply
- correct A/F's in open loop for best power
- accommodate 91-93 octane fuel for best power
- change several other trans shift strategy optimizations
- remove a host of generic delays, other tweaks
- set up a Valet tune, again, at home - fer the kidlets, or the DW
- and so on ....

- not even the same truck when its all said and done. BUT - you can fix it.

Bottom line - 2009-2010 are dogs, stock - just as 2004-2008's were, stock.

Gentlemen - all kidding, BS'in and good-natured ribbing aside, those are ALL very beautiful trucks y'all have - they just need a little help - and thankfully it is available, and safely so, if the proper custom tuner guru is engaged, for those who wish to do so.

Take care fellas - this old coot really means no harm

Regards & cheers!

Absolutely! My 2010 F-150 going 90 mph is more on the edge of it's performance envelope than my Volvo sedan when it's going 130 mph (and they are getting about the same MPG at those speeds too).

I hear ya man. Before my truck I had a Z06 as my daily driver. I find myself still trying to take turns like im still in the Z. My girlfriend gets thrown all around the cab, lol. I guess for a truck you can call it quick but compared to anything that really is fast this truck is joke (hell I bet my girls Escape will take out my truck in a race). I plan on getting a programmer only for the horrible trans tune but not trying to be king of the street. I think with everything available for this truck you will be lucky to see 14 sec 1/4 mile times .

Try telling that to the guys that want to go fast in big diesel trucks. Then when the blow something up, remove all the mods and try to get it warrantied.
