Had a dealer do the same to me on my '07 Edge. Come to find out, the fuel filter is lifetime, never needs changing. It's integrated into the fuel tank, more than likely the same as the 09/10's. Either the guy just isn't up on his stuff, or he's running a scam.

More proof of why I do everything myself and only go to a dealer for warranty issues.

This is something that I would bring up to the dealership owner/manager - I would complain about their attempt to scam me out of $95.........
