3. F150 tuning specialists were already working on this problem way back in 2004, (TP was one of the first) when the system arrived on F150's . THAT was a YEAR before it showed up on 'stangs. It was NAILED already in 2004!
4. Look around - check out the Tuner forum, the S/C forum, the Lightning forum, etc ... and tell me again that F150 owners are not into perf like the 'stang guys...

C'mon, man ...
well I re read your old post but u used too many acronyms and the average joe doesn't know sfa and etc. I put it in laymans terms. that's all. when you have guys talking about foot position on the pedal to make up for throttle lag, well they obviously need a liitle help with the mechanical aspect of these trucks
also the lightnings are basically cobras with an f150 disguise and I don't classify them as trucks. those are mustangs: ) the guys that drive them were into performance when they bought them
and you can't argue that MOST guys driving f150's are really into performance. lots of them got them as family trucks, work trucks, or bc they get a lot of snow in the winter. I love my truck as I'm sure do you, but most guys I know can't tell the difference between a 08 or 09. ANYWAY,throttle lag sucks and I will be waiting impatiently for gryphon cts. and if u guys want a little better response, remove the airbox snorkel. it works

The response is slow. I have a Hypermax & K&N filter; not much different from stock - need to talk to them and see if there's an update. Decent mileage for a daily driver/tow vehicle. I may change plugs (Bosch Quadrifire) and add a cold air intake and see if improvement. The pedal height issue is your body mechanics and the linkage. You'll get the same results if you move the seat forward and place your entire foot in contact with the pedal - no voo-doo science there.
