Lincoln Mark LT

Hi Guys,

In September when I was at the Henry Ford museum, I happened to snap a pic of a new body style Mark LT sitting at the Ford product testing yard. I assume they will launch this in 2011.

Ya I heard someone say that, but I haven't seen anything mentioning that on the web.

I believe they were only released for the Mexican market and wont be released in the US, because Ford doesn't want to compete with the Platinum trim F150s...

Calendar year 2008 production was 4,823.

2009 was 774.

And, this from wikipedia (not the last word on facts sometimes, but a start):

" Ford ceased sales of the Lincoln Mark LT in the United States and Canada after the 2008 model year.[3] In its place,
Ford created an upper-end trim of the 2009 F-150 called Platinum.

Sales continue in Mexico, because the Ford F-150 is sold as the Ford Lobo.

The Lincoln Mark LT will be a rebadged Ford F-150 Platinum for Mexico beginning in the 2010 model year. "
