PTM Parts
PTM Parts
Well i just ordered some new parts through Tasca the other day. I have a 2009 Lariat, i am not a fan of chrome. I ordered new front and back bumpers that are paint to match. I also ordered the PTM skull caps for my tow mirrors and a new grille.
Anyone have any experience with the rear bumper when it comes to separating the two pieces. The actual bumper itself and the black step on part? I assume they just clip/snap together.
I also ordered new NFab bars through summit. So i will be getting rid of all the chrome parts on my truck!!
I am now working on finding the right wheel and tire combo with a 6" BDS kit!

well all you need to is remove the bumper off the truck it onwly has 4 bolts that hold it to the frame
flip it over and you will see plastic taps, use pliers to squeeze them and pull them apart
i would also find a good hand to help you the bumper is heavyer than it looks
i would love to get them nfab bars if i could find someone to buy my old ones

Yeah thats all i figured it was with the bumper. Thanks for the info though! I can't wait to get the parts here and painted then installed! The NFab's were on back order, so i will most likely have those at the end of the month.
