Will go tomorrow and take a look, she related that it was repairable. Hey they are work trucks and will be gone in 4 years anyways.

Work trucks and personal trucks are a little different I suppose. You should definitely get a good price on the one with damage though.

Went to the dealer today, the transporter had a overhead door of a repair shop come down on it. Well door came down on the roof of one the two trucks ordered. Dented the roof about two feet from the back of the roof. Two choices, order another one and wait another 10 weeks. Or the dealer will reroof the damaged one. The dealer offered us a very fair offer, based on the trade-in. Gunna have it repaired. Besides I need to get this truck in service and the trade in is now worth more. When I took the F-150 factory tour and see how they now use glue instead of welds for the roof seams.

It is good to hear they are going to make it right for you. Mine came in with a couple scratches on the drivers side of the bed that I did not notice till the day after I picked it up (it was snowing that day). The dealer was able to buff it out with no problem. I was surprised to see it in such good shape because the entire trip from Deaborn was in a blizzard.

Congrats on the new rides.

John
